According to the reliable information, more than 40 nations have the technical potential to construct nuclear weapons in the nearest future. No matter, how much politicians are worried about the problem and how many efforts they make to achieve total global disarmament. There are those, who threat the world society by mass destruction. Terrorists will stop at nothing. Besides there is a certain risk, that one day the human error occurs, but the price for this mistake is far too big. We must stop the nuclear weapon proliferation, until it comes to countdown to zero…
